Bathroom was locked and food took much longer than it should have.

Usually a decent Sonic experience at this location.... Bad day?? No excuse... Call in OT (Even if it's another manager) It wasn't that busy. I blame this one on poor management.

A disappointing birthday. Before making the long drive from home I had called an hour earlier to verify their hours of operation and that they had what I wanted in stock (it was not a birthday freebie). When I got there, the red button I pushed lit up as usual but they would not respond to it. Instead a girl opened the door (that I was most conveniently for them parked by) and said, "We're closed", and with no further communication to me such as an announcement of a deadly food poisoning public health problem that they were trying to fix inside, we are too lazy to bring you a drink, or anything else, she turned, disappeared back inside and that was that. So sad, so unnecessarily wrong.

This food is disgusting!!!!!! The worst service I've ever had and on top of that it was all cold like it was sitting out all day. Only gave me one onion ring too. Don't go here

Can't get an order right if it killed them. I use to drive from my apartment at Northwest Dr ask the way past this one to the one at bass pro. Then some moron closed that one that got everything right. Get your crap in far.

I ordered a Chesebuger with no lettuce on It, and I got a CHZB with lettuce. So the manager said that he could get me anything I wanted, I said a million dollars.
