So... stinking... slow. I will never be able to wrap my mind around how long it takes this place to make a milkshake (when there are maybe five cars in their parking lot, no less). Every couple of months I forget how terrible the service is here, and I go back, only to be reintroduced to the 15 minute wait in the drive through. It's remarkable.

Food:

It's Sonic, if you've been to one you know what to expect. As Sonics go, this one is on par. We go here because my kids see the toys and want them, fast food is fast food after all. My daughter gets the kids Grilled Cheese, this is almost always a soggy "toasted" lump of bread and cheese. After this last time she said she didn't want to come back. The food doesn't travel far before getting cold, especially when they pack the cold chocolate milks in with all the food. My son opted for apple slices in place of fries, good choice, these were warm and slightly browned. I wouldn't let him eat them. My wife got a chicken sandwich, plain, the bun was so much bigger than the chicken; she was able to remove the top bun and wrap the bottom one around the chicken like a hotdog. My cheese tots some how got chilli added to them, by the time I get home its too late. To top it all off, they take way too long. Every time we go here, even if there is no one else, our food or drinks take way too long.
They do drinks well and have plenty of options, as this is sonics thing. We stop by if we want an ice cream or special drinks after diner. This is not my first or second, or even third choice for fast food.

Every time I go here they get my order wrong. I have given them additional chances, and they always disappoint.
Like how hard can it be to leave the cheese OFF of my burgers? I always say No Cheese at least 3 times when ordering.
I have even had them tell me, "It's no additional charge for cheese."
I'd rather pay an up charge to leave it off! I can't eat cheese! Stop ruining my food!
I agree with the person who said that they need management changes. Other locations have no problem with simple requests.

Food:

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Ordered drinks, waited over 26 minutes and no one ever showed. Pressed the call in button 4 times over the last 10 minutes we were there and no one ever responded.
