Sonic Drive-in, Memphis, Tennessee Restaurant Details

This is the worst Sonic in America.... I sat for 15 minutes and then had to get out my damn truck and push the bottom to another line to take my order then it took them an additional 20 for 3 small slushes.....I will never ever ever ever go back there... I wouldn't recommend that no one goes there...WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER....POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. A and when I received my order I told the young lady they had horrible service she just looked like whatever....

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a sonic. The man on taking the order came on the receiving and just asked "What do I want?????"and they really take their time with your order they really need to shut this one down like asap

Ordered once they took an literal hour to bring the wrong food so we ordered again and they took about 30 minutes till finally we got our right food

The worst Sonic I've ever been to and I love Sonic. I can go to the Sonic on Covington Pike order and eat and get back to work faster than I can even get my order at this one. Sonic corporate should close this one.

Today I went to this Sonic Drive-in for a Route 44 Diet Dr.
Pepper with extra ice. I ordered it at 3:56 pm cst. I had to ask a car hop where my drink was and it was 4:16 pm cst. She told me to call in and she would bring me my drink right out. I would like to know why it took 20 mins to get 1 drink and they were not busy. This is not the first time it has happen. It has happen at other locations. It should not take 20 mins to get a drink.
