Sonic Drive In, Mesa, Arizona Restaurant Details

Google says they are open till 1 am. All the lights are still on and employees are still on site at 12:30 but they refuse to serve me saying they are closed.

I ordered 2 #15 combos w/ Ultimate Meat & Cheese Breakfast Burrito.1st the girl did not ask what I wanted to drink and didn't ask if I wanted tots or fries. At the window she is arguing with another girl about what drinks she made. When she handed me the order there were no tots, so I had ask where are the tots and the girl tells me I did not order them. So I had to remind her I ask for the #15 COMBO. 2nd when I got home and open the burritos there was NO CHEESE, NO SAUSAGE and NO TOTS in the Ultimate "Meat & Cheese" Breakfast Burrito. Don't waste your time or money at this SONIC, if you do ALWAYS CHECK your order to make sure you get what you pay for.

We were hungry and happened to see the Sonic and had hoped it would be like the one we had in Wichita Falls. To our delight, the food and service was excellent with minimal wait. I like their bacon double cheeseburger and she liked the chili cheese dog. The iced tea was delicious and had free refills as we needed it!

Our one complaint would be the restroom facilities. We realize that the building is not so new but a dedicated effort to improve the bathroom facilities would be good. They were clean enough and not disgusting as we have seen some fast food places. I realize that messy bathrooms just happen from gross people but still has to be controlled by management.

We left with waffle cones with strawberry and chocolate. Both were delicious.

Over charged, misrepresented drinks & food, esp chicken that's so tough it seemed as if it was reheated from previous day. Half price slushy sale 2-4pm doesn't state cream slushes are excluded, but they were were when we got this. ridiculous bill.. The manager needs to wash his clothes. His hygiene left much to be desired. We tossed the awful food into the trash after first bite. Sad & nasty place. Minus stars lf it were possible.
