Service is always slow. Sometimes orders are incorrect. I've had issues when it comes to nationwide promotions, but management helped resolve this issue.

Been burned by these guys before, but decided to give a second shot. Figured I'd order something simple like popcorn chicken. There's no way they can screw that up, right? Wrong. Order placed at 6:41, didn't receive my food until 7:04 AND when they brought it out, they brought the wrong dipping sauce. Worst fast food experience in Montgomery hands down. I live less than a mile from this location, but would rather drive to East Chase when I'm craving a blast.

If you want to spend your entire day getting 'fast food' and then have your order wrong... Go right ahead. I love Sonic and live in Cloverdale, but rarely eat here bc of the service :-(
