Waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes for somebody to take my order then finally had to do carhop instead and still took a good 20 minutes to get my order out and all I ordered was tots and a coke.. Always have a problem with this sonic

I go here almost every morning and the girl always has a smile on her face that serves me. I have had one problem with them as far as my food it was made wrong but, I called and they were really nice and took care of me and told me if I came back just bring the receipt and they will get it taken care of. I will definetaly keep going here.

Copy and paste Matt's review and it will reflect mine. I frequent Sonic at least 3 times per week and literally live across the street but travel to another because of the consistent problems I experience here. For the last year I go back every few weeks in hopes that management/ownership has changed but to no avail. There's to many issues to list them all but a few are inconsistent portion sizes, extremely long wait times, flat out rude staff (that is after they finally acknowledge you at the window) .. One time, when I mentioned that I could see cardboard at the bottom of my Large Chili Cheese Tots and that every other Sonic I've been to fill the tray up, I was literally berated by a 20 year old that "that was how they were going to do it there". But the last straw was this morning when I pulled up to order at 7:41 am and no response after about 3 mins and pressing the button. Cars were in the parking lot, so i drove around, looked but could find no posted hours, I checked Google and it stated open 24 hrs. Hmm, other cars were pulling in and trying to order, no dice. I finally pulled up to the window .. waited, and someone came to tell me that they were opening at 8 am on Sundays now because they get no business. I said "I can see why" and drove to my less convenient but consistent Sonic.
