Not even worth one star stop to get two drinks and a medium french fries they gave me burnt old fries and refused to fix the problem yea won't waste my time here

Lousy service..need better manegement..workers rush..not listening to speaker..when plaving orders....this location sucks donkey ass...

Just came home from here. Whoever was taking the order was in a bad mood. Seemed bothered by the fact that I had to correct her. At that when the order finally came out it was wrong.

Ticket time are some of the longest i have ever experienced. i drive further to a different sonic and still get back to work faster than i would have other wise. with tat being said the food still doesn't come out fresh. BUT my orders are usually correct.

I normally never write bad reviews, regardless of how bad the service is, but in this case I had to say something.
I visited Sonic, got 2 Large Sonic Blasts and a Family order of Tots.
Pretty simple order right? WRONG!

I got my stuff, went home and dug right into the blasts. i discovered that they didnt even mix any of the candied toppings into my drink. it was just a huge cup of plain ice cream with a sprinke of reese's on one and snickers on the other.
I called and left a message with customer service, who is supposed to let the managers/owners know.
Well that was back on April 29th, 2015 that i called to complain about the poor service and performance. Its been nearly 4 weeks, and i have heard NOTHING from management to resolve this situation.
I've followed up and called back multiple times asking when I will be contacted by them. Still nothing.

Long story short, I'm not going back there again, and I recommend you just say screw sonic and drive down to McDonalds. At least you know you'll get taken care of and respected even if they mess up.
