From 1.1.15 - 1.31.15 I spend over $3,500.00 at the Horal Sonic Location, will not spend another penny there EVER !!!!! Great Job on Loosing a Long Time Loyal Customer SONIC.

How to fix this: Get rid of the Area Manager he is a waste of effort, The Store Manager, and Lazy Useless Employee's, who are only interested in playing and being on their Cell Phones.

There is not one person associated with this store that has a clue about customer service.

I am currently here right now, and I do not know why I keep coming here. I don't think I have ever waited longer for my food than everyone I come here. They take forever to answer you to place the order and forever to get your order out. I have literally been waiting for my food for over 20min. Over half of my lunch time gone. And actually this is not the longest I have waited for my food.

I'd i could give negative stars i would. I went the other day and needed ice. I was the only one in the parking lot, i pressed the button and it took 5 minutes for someone to answer the f****** thing. Then I decided i should get a drink along with my ice. They then proceeded to laugh inside, play around, walk outside talking to hood rats and cursing like sailors outside. Meanwhile I'm the only person. A powerade and a bag of ice should take 30 seconds. I waited for ten minutes for them and still nothing. When i pressed the button to ask where my stuff was, they took another 2 minutes to answer then told me it was on its way. Five minutes later it still was yet to be seen. I asked for a manager and of course no manager there. It is ridiculous how unprofessional, unorganized, and just plain terrible this service is. I will not be going back to this establishment. Ill be driving the extra 5 minutes to the Valley Hi or Potranco, atleast they're not a bunch of ghetto high school kids.

WORST SONIC IN SAN ANTONIO! Every time I come here they mess up my order! The wait is long no matter what. I wait very long for them to mess up my order? No thank you. It's so unorganized here. I hate this sonic. The only reason I come to this one is because its closest to my house.

I am pissed! This is the worst service ever!!!! Everything was cold! My ice cream was melted in the cup! Those a***holes need to get their f***ing act together! I saw them inside the building, they were just playing around, and throwing stuff at each other! Plus it's an f***ing weekend! They should know that it gets busy!!!! I work at a fast food restaurant as well, and I never treat my customers , the way I've just been treated! I give them respect. And I know that I have my job because of them. Show some f***ing respect Sonic!!!! I am NEVER going there again!!!!
