Food:

Horrible customer service! Waited over 30 mins before deciding to leave. No one ever responded to say wait one moment or anything after i pushed the button several times. I even got out of my car to see if they were having technical issues, but they were not. The store employee decided she was ready to take my order at the door, but i decided to leave. Not my first time experiencing bad service here... Definitely will not be coming back !

This Sonic has terrible customer service. We waited 10 minutes to get out order taken. There was more than 5 cars there. They did not even answer the call to ask us to wait. I got off to speak to the manager and she even had me wait for her. If I had an upset customer I would stop what I am doing to help make it right with the customer. This Sonic gives a bad name for Sonic.
If I had a choice I wouldn't even give this location one star. TERRIBLE service.

Come here often, services use to be fair, however, tried corn dogs & got food poisoning. Services have gone down hill lately. Happy hour has crappie customer service and not so good management support system.

I sat at the intercom for 3 minutes and now 8 minutes in the drive thru and I am the only one in line. Is it THAT hard to make a chili cheese coney?????

Don't come here if you want good service or are in a semi hurry.
