I frequent Souper Salad because I'm health-conscious. Usually there is a good selection but some of the food has been sitting out for a long time. Last week the chicken noodle soup was stale and it was UNhealthy to eat. There is one big complaint I have about some of the patrons at this place. It seems to be a haven for familes with loud screaming kids. Why can't these people shut their kids up? I realize this is a good healthy place for the low price but come on! Can't the ones with no kids have a comfortable dining experience without having to hear the annoying screams from somebody's rug rats????

I didnt know it was a buffet I was expecting more like a salad creations type of deal.....However the food wasnt that bad but options were very standard and do not expect any organic or special produce.....I would say this is a better option than the salads at subway but considering this was like $7.50 (no drinks) I think you can get a much better deal at the Whole Foods salad bar.... for $10 I get lunch and dinner....greater variety and much better quality

What a disappointment! Not at all a good value for the money. Opt for Sweet Tomatoes instead. This Souper Salad is clearly old and not well maintained. The variety is sad, and the quality of food is almost gross. It appeared that most everything there had been out for a while, and none of the items really seemed fresh. The place was also one of the least-clean restaurants I've eaten at in a while. I would go here again if it cost say $3/person, which is about what it was worth. However, it cost almost $17 for 2 people and 1 drink. Rip off. Again, go to Sweet Tomatoes which is comparably priced (1/2 off coupons emailed weekly if you join their club) -- they are the ones with the fresh ingredients and clean tables, floor, etc.
