Food:

I'll post a review to counter some of the bad ones. I'd say this location was ok. Certainly not terrible. Our group of ten was seated in 15 minutes when we were told 30.

The server was very busy and the food was a little slow, but not bad. Management probably needs to increase staffing.

Food was ok... Standard spaghetti warehouse quality.

In summery, average experience... Which was what I expected.

Food:

First of all i have to say i love this restaurant, Ive been coming to this restaurant since i was two years old. Ive had my share of bad experiences but my worst was last night on 04/29/16. Me and my fiance were starving so we went to our favorite place knowing we would probably have to wait awhile knowing it was Friday as they are usually busy. We didnt wait long thankfully but our waitress was a young girl around the age of 17 or 18, she just had a total disinterest in serving us. Back to my story, we ordered the Dinner for two which comes with a serving of there most popular items. Everything was quite perfect until halfway during the meal i took a bite of the chicken parm and bit into something very hard. thinking it might of been a chicken bone. i cleaned it and discovered it to be a nail. Not a fingernail but a nail, like the ones you hammer into a wall. My tooth throbbing i contact a manager, 20 minutes later one shows up taking the plate away with no remorse and said she would handle it. 40 minutes pass and out waitress gives us a receipt with the full amount as if nothing happens!! luckily we flagged another manager who wiped out our bill and apologized which is what i really wanted and told me to contact corporate and finger the manager that did nothing. My tooth is throbbing and im super pissed, i was a loyal customer, i did not deserve this

The worst restaurant ive ever ate at. Food was horrible. Serves was trash. The place smelled and there plates and dishes were dirty. By far the qorst place ive ever eaten in my life. Dont go there. Waste of money and its plan gross!

Food:

We get here at 9pm on a Tuesday evening and they seemed only moderately busy. We were told the wait would be "a few minutes". It is 9:30pm now and we are still waiting for a table. Based on the numbers of empty tables that we can see in the restaurant - I can only surmise that they don't have enough servers on staff. Now we are in and the restaurant is disgusting - tables not bussed, trash on the floor, etc. The host told us that "we only have one bus person on staff". So, I think it boils down to bad management. Sad...the place could be very good. Just asked for a wine list and the server stared at me like he didn't know what a wine list is. SMH. Figures. Well, maybe they'll get the food right and make it a little better.

Food:

Good service but this spaghetti was the worst spaghetti I've ever tasted in my entire life. It smelled like burned rubber. The only thing that was good was the bread and butter.
