Not good at all... Called in my order. When I arrived they did not have it. Then they suggested I called a different store... So I showed them my call log. So I had to order again and still wait. No manager spoke with me. Just told to wait. Not happy at all.

Love the pizza, the service and the price. Been coming here for years since they first opened.

Ordered delivery. Lady taking order was friendly yet professional, quickly getting the order and giving me a delivery time of 30-40 minutes. Order was there in about 40 minutes as we were told, driver was courteous, earned the tip I gave him. Food was very good, we didn't even need the extra Ranch Dressing I had ordered out of habit from ordering from the major chains, what they provided with the order was more than adequate. Can't ask for more, will definitely be doing more business with Speedy's in the future!

Terrible customer service. We ordered 30 minutes before picking up, and when we got there the girl at the front said there was no order for us and that we called the wrong number. We checked the number and it was right and she was the only one answering the phones, who then replied with, well, I'm not the one making the pizza so what do you want me to do. No apology, no nothing. The only reason I'm giving a 2 star rating is because the manager somewhat made it right. This isn't the 1st time this happened either. Great pizza, ignorant non-empathetic staff. If you order, ask for their name so you know who to talk to if you order goes wrong.

Very disappointed. I ordered a pizza at 6:30 I was told it would be 15-20 minutes over the phone I showed up at 7:00 and the order wasn't even ready! they had me sit and wait for another 15 minutes in the lobby. While I was waiting I got to watch the cooks stuff there faces with food. I got frustrated asked for a refund and got a half-hearted apology from the supervisor/manager while my family is at home waiting for me to come back home with dinner. We really like the pizza here but the service did not match the food this time around. Don't know if I'll go back after this poor performance
