I am not usually one to write a review on a place about a bad experience. If I didn't like the food or it was poor customer service I just won't go back. But this place I just could not help it. I'll start by saying I am in the food industry so I know sometimes you just are not having a good day, your understaffed, busy, etc. However that does not give you a right to be down right nasty. My first experience I ordered breakfast from here. I ordered a platter that included eggs scrambled with cheddar cheese. I was very sure to note in the comments that it needed to be cheddar based on personal preference. After receiving my food I notice it's American. I call to the restaurant and with an attitude the woman on the phone says "we don't have cheddar" and then silence. No apology, no nothing. Simply I could've been called and confirmed before it was decided for me what I was going to eat on my eggs. So I chalked it up to them possibly being to busy and just wanting to get orders out. So yesterday I tried again this time ordering a jumbo mild wings platter. After waiting an hour and a half I received cold barbecue wings with no carrots. I called the restaurant not complaining about the wait time, or the coldness of the food, but simply asking for what I ordered. Rudely I was placed on the phone with the manager who responded with "we don't have mild sauce". Weird. Because it is an option on Grubhub so therefore if that is not accurate than it needs to be updated and the customer should be contacted. So again this establishment decided what I should eat based upon what they wanted to do.

First of all, we were informed we would not able to order any pizzas, strombolis, or anything that involved use of the oven. So we were disappointed by that. We ordered a hoagie. I watched the gentleman make it behind the counter. He wore no gloves. In the middle of making our sandwich he helped someone at the register, handled money, then continued making our sandwich. I saw no hand washing after this happened. Besides the potential germ contamination, our hoagie was so-so. Chicken in our hoagie had some rubbery areas. And the seasoning on the chicken wasn't good. Customer service was poor. While I was waiting, the employees were yelling back and forth at each other and at one point they engaged in a short argument. We will definitely not be stopping for food there again!

I order here almost every morning. they always come through on time and keep in contact whenever they run out of something.

I ordered brefast food. Food was delivered late. It took over an 1hr. By time it got here it was less than room temperature. No type of flavor, and my fish was burnt. Will NEVER eat from here again. Absolute worst experience I've have with ordering breakfast food.
