Years ago I purchased a Pannini machine and returned it and received no problems getting a full refund. It was my fault that the machine didn’t work out ....but the graciousness of Mr Domenico was astounding. Before I purchased the machine, I was treated to a tour of the art deco, fun filled, atmosphere that felt like an amusement park of displays...I wished I lived there it was so much fun to be there...I hope the love bug painted bus is still there! Mr Domenico treated me to an expresso and made me feel like family...it was so unexpected to be treated so nicely. Now on the other hand we disagree about fracking, but everyone is entitled to their opinion on that front...eventually science will settle things, but for now my family is sick and we live by the gas wells and wished we would have never signed up for urban drilling. Anybody that wants a professional coffee experience and needs coffee equipment would be foolish to go anywhere else!

Domenic has absolutely no idea how to run a business. Do not buy from him. His products are second-rate and his attitude is worse. And have you seen his website? It looks like it was built in 1992. Useless, useless, and more useless.
