I had a great experience sourcing catering equipment for my wedding here. Upon walking in I was assisted by 2 very helpful ladies who showed me to everything I needed. Just so happened that the owner was there dropping off checks when we left and he was very friendly and committed to us having a great experience. Highly recommended.

Been here several times and usually find what I'm looking for. They've got all sorts of items, from giant steam pots to custodial wares. Big space with lots of items you could spend about an hour just venturing through the plates and glasses. Biggest plus being that they sell to the public.

Food:

This is the serious one. Big as a Walmart, and they've got everything. Large equipment and appliances in both new and used, and a full manufacturer's catalog library, which implies to me they'll get anything you need that they don't have. Makes the other places look like hobby shops.
