Stephanie Coronado turned the lights off on me while I was in the dining room 4 minutes after 11 when online represents hours until midnight. My fried items were terrible because the fryers are disgusting. Even if you closed at 11, four minutes after explains that you were not prepared to serve guests well before that time. This "Manager" does not deserve her job. Make sure she is not on duty before you ask for service. She does not care about your experience.

This is the only fast food place with great customer service and food is always made fresh every single time I come . And ofcourse food is awesome

Excellent food. Cashier, Shannon, was very friendly and helpful. She checked on us repeatedly to make sure we were doing alright. Very good attitude for early in the morning.

I love Carl's Jr food love but when im on lunch I dont want to waste 8 and a half minutes waiting on my food while im the only person in the drive thru. Didnt talk to me at all after I paid. Didnt give me a heads up just ignored me. Poor customer service from the lady at the window when she finally got to the window. Ill go with Sonic down the road even though im not a fan of their burgers.

Absolutely the worst I bought the mile high bacon burger and there was hardly any bacon and to get a military discount seeing my ID wasn't enough they ask for my DoD number that's like asking for my social. Ridiculous!!!! I got one meal and one sandwich and I paid $20 are you kidding me I could have gone to McDonald's and got twice as much food for half of that price.
