The windows are filthy, the floor is filthy & the bathroom smells like urine. This is the most unkempt Starbucks I have ever been in.

Cant even place an order for ahead of time cashier is very rude i rather go to lees coffee whichbis a few doors down

It's the nearest one to me and I rather get my coffee some where else. Cashiers joke and talk among them selves and ignore the customer. And my coffee took forever. Persons making it looked super overwhelmed.
