Horrible service.

I went through the drive thru to order an iced latte with Splenda. Before I had a chance to order, I was greeted via the speaker by an unprofessional, giggling school girl. She finally calmed down and took my order, repeatedly asking me to re-confirm my order. When I got to the window, I was given a hot latte instead. I told him this wasn't what I ordered. The barista asked me if he could just add ice into the hot latte. I was literally dumbfounded by his remark, and told him no, and he remade my iced latte by pouring a prior order (previous customer's order) of watered down coffee into my cup. When he handed me this watered down coffee, I asked him to make it again as I paid $4 for an iced latte. At this point, I was slightly annoyed that it would take a rocket scientist to make an iced latte. Finally, the barista handed me the iced latte, with only 80% filled up. I told him to fill it to the top with milk if he could, and he handed the coffee back to me with a dirty look on his face. I drove off before knowing that they forgot to add Splenda.

My favorite Starbucks in the multiplex. I just think they make better drinks here. I've been known to drive several miles out of my way to go to this one. I always know my drink will be just right when I go here.

This is my neighborhood & im here nonstop but everytime i go in the morning there super fast but my drink is super Wrong & watery. They always make it up to me but that's not it, I came to get it then not later. Super sad that they are in a rush to make sure it's made right. Love the afternoon crew they will get me at 9:5pm & i never have a issue after 3. Just morning crew except Katy. 1st review after 10 mishaps & im throwing $6 down the drain again........ Grrr. I need my coffee

I really like this location! It's my neighborhood one and while it might not be the fastest of all time, I've always been served in a friendly and efficient way. If you're in a rush maybe this isn't the place for you but if you're here to sit, study, read and enjoy coffee I definitely recommend it!
