08/29/2014 9:21 amI have had to complain to the Manager a few times. This is the RUDEST Starbucks I have ever encountered. I mean the RUDEST. There is one particular lady who just stares at you until you give her your order then puts her hand out after you order indicating its time to pay. If I order a sandwich, there is a 50/50 chance I will get it without having to ask where it was or if they remembered. Although it is super convenient for me to go there becuase its across the street from work, I avoid it and go to the one by the Ballston metro. The one by the Ballston Metro is super friendly, the way a Starbucks typically is! |

08/12/2011 3:53 amThe moment i walk in i see familiar faces and feel welcomed by everyones smiles. The staff is awesome when it comes to gettinh my usual drink ready for me quickly. The best thing about this place is that its open till 10 pm!!!!! |
