I love the physical location of this StarBucks, but the baristas are just rude and consistently so. Yesterday, a customer asked if that was her Venti water and the employee said, "It's a Venti water!". She said, "I know but is it mine?". It just got confrontational and the employees did not care.

The store manager needs to be replaced or something. Hopefully they will get this store to the level of others.
