YOU are example of a typical know-nothing customer. Matter of fact, Joy seems to completely fill in the example of a modern-day Starbucks-customer-elitist who claim that they know more than the people working there.

First off, the Starbucks at USF is not a company operated store. Your prices and your products are different.
Second: TECHNICALLY (You'd know this, if you knew anything at all about serving drinks according to standard) when you serve a specified iced drink with "No Ice", you leave the rest of the drink empty for future ice. If the customer wishes to have it filled up, it's extra product (40 cents for Soy, +40 cents for extra); therefore it costs extra. You would know this, but you obviously know nothing but how to criticize.

I frequent this Starbucks at least two times a day and have never been treated anywhere near what this (most-likely) miserable customer below described.
The staff is the greatest, from the morning-crew to the closers everyone is absolutely wonderful. They are always accommodating to every need, prepare drinks quickly, and serve a superior product to any store within 100 miles.

Although they can sometimes be busy (it is quite a hotspot at 7am) they are an amazing crew and make the wait well worth it.
Visit this Starbucks, you won't regret it!!
