Service is great, but what the heck were they thinking when they designed the limited parking and flow through the drive through? If you are parking you may want to consider parking in T-Mobile and walking over rather than sitting in the line to get to the parking spaces. (Alternatively enter from McLean).

p.s. Whoever had the wonderful idea to create some cost savings and change the lids to cheaper pieces of junk a while back..... I'm pissed. I've considered starting a web campaign to either get the old lids back or simply bring Starbucks down altogether, but I'm too lazy. I mean seriously. I would gladly spend ten more cents a cup to have a lid that didn't put hot coffee in my lap or on my car every single time I get coffee.

Best Barista works here! Her name is Sam and she makes the best drinks! The parking is tight and people tend to hit the drive-thru going the WRONG WAY but that shouldn't take away from the overall experience and great service. ☕
