I ordered a Pumpkin Spiced Latte and just got hot milk! Im supa pissed to start my morning off w/ a horrible made coffee!! grrrrrrrrrrr!

They do not know how to make a caramel cluster Frappuccino. they need to be retrained for real. I want all the caramel that's supposed to be on top, that's why I get it but they never put it there only the chocolate syrup. I've got it twice so far. The only good thing is that they are nice and pretty quick, but wrong.
