They try to make it convenient as possible to enjoy the outdoors but it's impossible when the chairs and tables are in front of your walk way. Friendly service is good but can also improve. Over all I still love my Starbucks Coffee! |

05/16/2016 7:00 pmThis review is based on my recent 5 purchases. They were mobile orders. First off it seems that some if not all of the glitches on the Starbucks app have been fixed with the overhaul. Customer is now able to use rewards when placing a mobile order. Also, I have not experienced any errors when receiving my order. Staff is always friendly. They take the time to learn my likes/dislikes and I can simply show up and pick up my order without having to worry about anything. My only gripe is the Mobile Order parking space is a bit to small. |

05/07/2016 5:15 pmThis location for the most part is pretty decent. Although they will at times not fill your drink as much as they should (taking everything into consideration). Left the drive-thru with a venti white mocha that was no more than 2/3 filled. |

04/08/2016 5:11 pmUsually they are polite and the drinks or food is ok. Today, I was disappointed. I went through the drive thru to get a CDL and turkey bacon sandwich. The sandwich was still frozen in the middle. I had to take my sleeping baby out the car to bring the sandwich in. The female at the counter didn't even look up at me when I spoke to her, she took my sandwich, passed it off to someone else to make another one. No apologies, professionalism or anything. After it was heated up, it was just placed on the counter, nothing about having a great day. What is the issue with people and customer service now and days. I'm so disappointed. I wasn't even rude and that is what bothers me about this lack of professional conduct and service. |

11/21/2015 1:32 amIt has been my misfortune that every time I come here I get terrible service. I understand when it's busy and there's a rush but that's never been my case yet STILL they always forget my order. I'm left standing there waiting for somebody to remember (which they don't) or manage to flag these people down and ask where the rest of my drinks are. I've seen a video where the customer was yelling at the workers and now I can sort of understand why. |
