Always a bit more slow than other locations, but super friendly and willing to go the extra mile if they make a mistake.

The "kitchen" seems shoe-horned in--lots of room for sitting to enjoy a beverage once you get past the cramped line and impulse buy area.

I come here once a week after school with friends, all the Batista's are really nice and they have my name, and order memorize and they're pretty fast to make my drink

My wife comes here every Saturday and they get her order wrong most of the time. We all came here today. My wife, my daughter and I. They got 1 out of 3 orders right. My daughter has an allergy to dairy. Fail. I paid extra for coconut milk and they forgot to put it in. Fail. The people's attitudes meet expectations but just. They fixed it but when you pay 60 cents more for coconut milk you should probably make sure it's right. The order taker was a teenager that didn't care that she made the mistakes.

The barista was Sara. Sunday, January 18th. She was very slow and I watched her drop shots and let them sit for well over a minute while she opened a container of soy, poured it into the pitcher then steam it before she added the shots into the drink. The drink was terrible. Tasted burnt and was not drinkable. Very dissatisfied. Also, if they have 4-5 people working, why do they have two cashiers but only one barista on a machine. Makes people have to wait way too long to get their drink. It seems to me it would be better to have 2 baristas and 1 cashier.
