Starbucks, Long Beach, California, Coffee Restaurant Details

I stop by today to get my regular coconut caramel frappuccino. But they just keep getting me a mocha frappuccino instead. Worst service i ever got. I specific said coconut caramel frappuccino. And i wasn't the only costumer they got the order wrong today. I would never stop on that location again. Pine and 3rd, and 5th and Long Beach Blvd best service ever. You guys rock. Not like the ones on Willow and Long Beach Blvd

I go there all the time because it's the closest starbucks from my place... but I wish it wasn't because the service is very bad, the employees are rude, especially from today and they never listen to my order.. my drinks always end up to be too plain and watery and it's just a shame that a great company such as starbucks can lose business from a terrible location...

I've been coming here since they first opened in 2002 I love the staff here and the workflow is GREAT!!! The coffee is always fresh. If you're not happy just let them know and the Batista's Will provide hot coffee and no charge at all on your cup of coffee. Excellent customer service, Great Workflow!!!
