Starbucks, Mesa, Arizona, Coffee Restaurant Details

I've tried going other places, but Starbucks' bold flavor coffees keep me coming back! Can't wait to return to the first shop in Seattle and buy another thermal cup!

Honestly the worst service I've ever had. Would not recommend to anyone. Avoid Kate and Katie.

I just love the very friendly employees and the peaceful ambiance. I wish I could contact the prior reviewers, Sandra and Esteban, who have mistaken this Starbucks for another. I bet they thought they were reviewing the one on Dobson and Guadalupe. They could not mean this Starbucks, because it doesn't have a drive-though or a window through which one could stick his head.

Our family has lots of good memories here. Can't say that we've ever had anything less than a most satisfying experience at this Starbucks.

First and last time at this location. The office hours posted showed a closing time of 9:30pm. My hubby and I arrived at 8:45pm. It was just a little annoying
that the drive thru was closed due to repairs, but I understood. No worries. Thank god I was decently dressed. Lol. We received our coffee's at just before 9pm. While waiting the lights went out at exactly 9 pm. It seemed as if the two girls were trying to get a jump on closing up early. So the service was pretty quick, however maybe too fast. My cup was barely half full with no whipped cream. I ordered a cafe mocha. I wasn't even offered whip or no whip as I am normally asked at other locations. I shook the cup in disbelief. I felt cheated. My Hubby's coffee was definitely bottom of the barrel, like it had been sitting there all day. I made the comment to my hubby that I will not come to this drive thru again. I will travel just half mile to the Starbucks at Safeway. I'm treated better there and my coffee is consistently good.

Hate to do this, but today I received some of the worst service of my life and I travel for work.

30 minutes to get a grande macchiato and breakfast sandwich, which was the wrong sandwich.

No apology, I stood there for 10 -15 mins while he made another 15 drinks for customers, which at least 50% he got wrong. I had to eventually stick my head in the window in front of someone getting their drink and ask what the hell is going on. That's when they decided to start make the sandwich as the idiot at the counter forgot to tell anyone, and the wrong one. Finally got it correct at the 26 min mark. Perhaps if they had competent staff, the line wouldn't be around the corner. This Starbucks used to be good I thought, and yet I know someone with a masters looking for extra work that couldn't get a job here...
