Starbucks, Phoenix, Arizona, Coffee Restaurant Details

Food:

Emily was very rude and short when I called to get some information. Not good customer service. I'll take my business up the street to the Starbucks on Peoria. Yikes!

Food:

If i could rate it less than one star, I would. The cream in my mocha frappucino was expired which made it taste horrible, it also did not have mocha drizzle. However it did just open, but with this sort of quality you can expect it to run out of business soon.

Food:

Justin was awesome, he gave me some knowledge about the milk content in some of the syrups. No other Starbucks employee ever told me that. In addition, he asked us about our day and gave us some recommendations on some comic book stores. PLUS, the drink was awesome.

Food:

If you are out of the coffee I ordered you should tell me instead of giving me cup that is a mixture of two. Not cool.

Food:

Loved the place and workers. Looks awesome from the outside and I did not experience any problems with the food/drink.
