It's a nice place altho I'm Missing the one in Orlando-Dr Phillips area. Alot more seating, & I was a Regular Every Tuesday. Music needs to be changed. I've fallen asleep TOO Much..Nanny Live In, Available Now! Florida Bound!

Bit to busy in the morning

I came into the shop as two employees finished putting a well used rubber floor mat down. Immediately thereafter, one employee then poured steamed milk into a coffee and served it. She didn't wash her hands in between! In fact, neither employee washed her hands. I mentioned that they should wash their hands and was told with attitude 1) that as handling money was dirty and they didn't wash their hands between handling money and food handling, why should this be any different? and 2) that they had their ways of doing things and if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else. As I was only buying coffee beans and was in a hurry, I bought anyway, but I expressly asked the barista to wash her hands. She agreed but then went out of sight. Whether she actually washed her hands is questionable. In every other Starbuck's I've been to I never saw the same person doing the food prep and money handling without washing their hands in between. Yuck!
