Frequently don't open at the correct time (4:30AM) and are too disorganized in the morning. Even had the nerve to tell me they don't open till 5. You don't really think people are that stupid do you?

Everyone is nice out there. Wanted to use my reward there. On accident, girl charged me. So she avoided my payment, plus I got drink for free without even asking for it. Super nice.

watered down coffee every time, have them several changes, each time my drinks were more water than coffee.. and they were hot, not acceptable from Starbucks, this is literally the worst Starbucks I've been to. very upsetting as this is the closest to me. I now have to drive down watt for coffee.

Of all the Starbucks I have been to this has to be the best one. The baristas are always cheerful and they always get my drink right.
