Starbucks, San Antonio, Texas, Coffee Restaurant Details

Food:

Not only did they did get my drink wrong when I asked for soy milk but they also forgot my food order. I got my drink re-made thanks to a one associte who was paying attention to the customers. When I asked the associate for my wrap I find out she had never put it in. She tells me she'll get it in just a min, so I get my food and now my luke warm coffee and head out. A fee bites into my food I realized why she got my food so fast to me, half of it is still cold. This the second time this has happen. If the cashier associates are not able to hear or to handle a rush or a store as busy as this one maybe they need to rethink their employment there. The sad part was that I believe a manger was there as well helping them.

I came here with my wife and we got a specialty coffee and a refresher. The feel is quaint and cozy. A good stop for a break.

I'm surprise that this is the only Starbucks in the riverwalk area. We came on a Monday evening and it is crazy busy. The staff are nice.and the dining room does not feel musky even it's full.

It is a nice location after walking the riverwalk to the north end. It is much better ventilated then the SIP across the street with patio seating.

Two things you need to know:

1.) It's always like ten-below-freezing here. Doesn't matter if it's hot or cold outside, it's arctic in this store.

2.) There's a Sip across the street. Excellent, local coffee. Since you're here, not there, you want Starbucks. And that's what this is. It's good, not spectacular, but it works.
