Starbucks, Stockton, California, Coffee Restaurant Details

Google says this location closes at 9:30p, but when I arrived at 9:10p for a cup of Joe for the road... The door was locked. Meh.

I am a Starbucks fanatic, but I had a very unpleasant visit to Starbucks today. I used my mini Starbucks card, which was attached to my keys and mini coach wallet, to pay for my one item purchase. After the cashier rang me up, I reached my hand out for my keys back. Instead the cashier threw my keys on the counter. From the loud shock of my personal items being harshly dropped, I was furious that my hand was reached out just to prevent such actions. Yet, the cashier showed no concern as I looked at what just happened before me. She quickly responds with a “Thank You,” and a “Bye”. As I was feeling push aside, I realized there weren’t any other costumers behind me. I was stun. I sat down and double check on my personal items to make sure nothing was damaged. Quickly I remembered I wanted my coffee extra hot. As I walked up and asked if they would make sure of it. The worker at the coffee machine, shouted out, “Too Late!” And two minutes later handed me my drink. Before, I can say anything; she walked away from me, and left me very disappointed with my drink. Once again, I looked around and there weren’t any other customers. I was so dissatisfied with the customer service that I couldn’t even enjoy my coffee that I purchased. I don’t know if it was a racial issue (being the only minority in site) or just bad costumer service. I will never go back to this costumer service again.
