No drive-thru and always a wait. Great staff and the quality is always as good as other locations.

Love me some Starbucks! This location has a great staff. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 ONLY because Starbucks in general have very little seating in there shops. Im sure this is intentional, as people sitting around for hours doesn't necessarily make them money. But still.

This is definitely my favorite Starbucks in Toledo. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt. The wait is never longer than 5 minutes, even during peak hours. And they make a damn good iced Americano! Visiting here always brightens my morning, & not just because of the caffeine!
