Food:

Not good service at all, Thursday May 5, I waited for 2 of the workers that was helping 1 person about points on their phone, the line behind me had 4 people waiting. I finally said can you please take my order, i looked at my watch. I was taking a treat to my daughter in law for her breaktime. The women looked at me took my order but the again went to help the other girl, only then to get a 3rd person to help 1 women with her points, so the wait was there but then rudely instead of saying sorry for your wait and hand me my coffee, she looked at me and put it at the other end of the counter say latte. All I can say is retraining is needed or she needs to get out of customer service type of job.

I cannot tell this place is Starbucks at all except their recognizable logo. Chairs and table look like a budget fast food restaurant. Moved chairs are not being but pack to their original position. Outlets are nowhere to be found. Counter is small and coffee variety is only half of what a Starbucks supposed to be. Menu signs are not in Starbucks style...
My $5.75 bottled juice tastes good though.

This is way better than the other one in B&N where they call you sexual slurs behind your back. This one they even let you swear if you buy enough stuff

This is the closest Starbucks to my home and I'd like to use it more frequently. On my first visit I was really impressed. I came in to study and get some work done, the lighting was great for reading and writing, the people were rather pleasant, HOWEVER the place has a crazy issues with FLIES! Ugh...yes I'm talking those pesky flying bugs. And these flies seem to think they are pets and not pests! constantly swarming around your head, landing on your table, hanging on the equipment and class covering the barista equipment. It's utterly DISGUSTING! Upon my last visit I had to G-O there were too many for me to bare. It would be the optimal place for studying and meeting friends if there weren't so many friendly flies. Your best bet is to be in and out quickly if you're like me and hate the bugs.

Expensive, burnt coffee, braindead staff.
