Starbucks: University Village, Seattle, Washington Restaurant Details

Food:

My favorite Starbucks for studying. Its large and busy & has very nice views. I like their hot chocolate as well as their idea of keeping cold water and cops outside for everyone so you don't have to wait in lines to get it if you need to.

I've been in Seattle for 3 years and this is the greatest location ever!!! Good place to study and especially the open till 1am every day, which means you have a lot of time to do anything.

Drinks are usually accurate, but its always insanely busy. Friendly staff tho!

I like the location and hours!!! Staff are nice and professional. The only problem which is a big one, is that there are so many mosquitoes in the store. My record at one night is 22 kills!!!! It doesn't matter though they keep coming, God knows from where. I brought it to the staff attention, but they said there is nothing they can do about it! :/
Ok another problem here is that they don't like to answer the phone. They put the effort to pick the phone up but instead of answering they just hang up. I understand when they are busy and understaffed; however this is happening too often!

The coffee is like any other starbucks, and this location is big- a perfect place for studying. My only qualm with this location is that every time I come here there are always bugs flying around! Tonight I stayed more than an hour and I walked out with three new bug bites around my ankles. I also killed a bug- a mosquito i think on the wall and there was so much blood gushing out! This is gross and annoying, especially since the flies will go on my cup and constantly bother me and other guest as well. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do something about these pest. It has been like this way too long. Make this location more comfortable and clean!
