I just witnessed a woman completely lose herself at the steak escape at westfield mall and the only person there thy even attempted to make her happy and fix the issue was the kid daquan working the grill, he handled the situation quite well considering the line and craziness of the woman yelling and demanding things. Good job daquan you deserve a raise if you ask me. P.S. My large gobbler was GREAT.

For a food court restaurant, the food was awesome! The grand escape is my favorite, the best cheesesteak west of Philly. The fries are fresh cut and taste incredible, especially with the vinegar on them. I haven't had a Salad yet,but they make everything in front of you and have no problem if you'd like extra veggies or dressings. The staff is friendly and helpful if your not sure what to get. I will be back.
