04/17/2016 9:38 pmService very slow. Took 20 minutes to get our food. There were only four tables of customers at the time. Took another 10 minutes just to pay our bill. Was told "just a minute" three times while cashier was on a cell phone. Food was great when we did get it. Our server was good and apologetic about the wait. Seems the manager was arguing with the staff. |

04/16/2016 9:55 amThis is by far the worst location of Steak N Shake I have ever been to. Went there one night around 9pm and it was bad, like I've never seen it. Only 3 people on duty. One cooking, one serving and one "managing." |

03/20/2016 8:59 pmAs soon as I was seated it took them less than 10 minutes to get my order on my table! I have been at other Steak n Shake places and it's been very bad! I love this place! indeed a good service. The place was clean and I'm saying this not just for myself but also I noticed the other people were served fast so I have to admit it! good service, nice place, and delicious food! My waiter was Joseph! Thank you bro! for the service. |

01/16/2016 8:06 amEvery time I come here it takes forever to get served. The past 2/3 times we've had to get up and get a server's attention just to get in a drink order. Server's blatantly walk past you seeing that you haven't been served.Today, there were only 2 servers and a packed house. None of the customers were happy, one family left before getting their food, and a manager was apologizing giving free food to another customer. It took almost an hour to get our order in and another hour to actually get the food. They made my order wrong, so I waited another 30 mins to get the correct order. My boyfriend and I both got food poisoning and threw up a few hours later. Also, the booth seats are horrible! Half of them are completely broken and your just sitting on 2 by 4's with fabric over it. The manager really needs to get their stuff straight. Buy new booths for one and schedule more servers on rush hours. You should try timing your servers. Set a time limit, customers need to be greeted within 10 minutes of sitting down, tables need to be clean with 10 minutes of customer leaving, etc. Run the place like a real restaurant. |
