Great experience, we had a bit of a wait but it wasn't that long. Our waitress was really nice and we got our food super quick. No orders messed up and the shakes were delicious. Definitely be back here.

Service very slow. Took 20 minutes to get our food. There were only four tables of customers at the time. Took another 10 minutes just to pay our bill. Was told "just a minute" three times while cashier was on a cell phone. Food was great when we did get it. Our server was good and apologetic about the wait. Seems the manager was arguing with the staff.

This is by far the worst location of Steak N Shake I have ever been to. Went there one night around 9pm and it was bad, like I've never seen it. Only 3 people on duty. One cooking, one serving and one "managing."

There was a woman who had been waiting in the drive thru and was never greeted who ended up walking in. You can just imagine how furious she was, she had also been calling. I asked for a burger and a cookies and cream milkshake. The manager gave me a vanilla milkshake bc he did not want to go through the effort of putting cookies in it.

Long story short, the woman, the manager, the cook, and I all got into it. The cook got into the woman's face yelling and screaming at her, then tried to get into my face! Like literally IN. OUR. FACES.The whole thing escalated quickly! We kept asking for their names and the manager would not give it to us, his excuse was; well he's been working all day, he didn't have to come in. ???????????? He also said he was the manager at McDonald's for seven years lolololol- that explains it! It was so bad I asked for my money back, in order for the receipt to not print his name he didn't even do a refund through the register. He miscalculated the total and I kept telling him he's over refunding me, he kept saying no I'm not. He gave me a dollar and some change more than it should've been. The woman also called her husband- who she said was a sheriff to come up to this location.

I called corporate the next day, and the DM called me making excuses for this location! She said they're trying to get him trained for this position and that they've received many calls concerning his behavior. So you mean to tell me you hired an under qualified manager who is turning your restaurant into crap!?! She then offered me a gift card- I didn't even want it, but said she'd still send it anyway. Well it's been a couple of months no sign of any gift card here folks!

Moral of the story is, don't go to this Steak N Shake. I'd rather drive 20 min rather than 5 min just to avoid this place!

As soon as I was seated it took them less than 10 minutes to get my order on my table! I have been at other Steak n Shake places and it's been very bad! I love this place! indeed a good service. The place was clean and I'm saying this not just for myself but also I noticed the other people were served fast so I have to admit it! good service, nice place, and delicious food! My waiter was Joseph! Thank you bro! for the service.

Every time I come here it takes forever to get served. The past 2/3 times we've had to get up and get a server's attention just to get in a drink order. Server's blatantly walk past you seeing that you haven't been served.Today, there were only 2 servers and a packed house. None of the customers were happy, one family left before getting their food, and a manager was apologizing giving free food to another customer. It took almost an hour to get our order in and another hour to actually get the food. They made my order wrong, so I waited another 30 mins to get the correct order. My boyfriend and I both got food poisoning and threw up a few hours later. Also, the booth seats are horrible! Half of them are completely broken and your just sitting on 2 by 4's with fabric over it. The manager really needs to get their stuff straight. Buy new booths for one and schedule more servers on rush hours. You should try timing your servers. Set a time limit, customers need to be greeted within 10 minutes of sitting down, tables need to be clean with 10 minutes of customer leaving, etc. Run the place like a real restaurant.
