Food:

Awful experience. Went to this location with the family and we waited to be seated with the hostess giving me eye contact several times and even still was not addressed to be seated. So we left. I will never give my money to this establishment ever. Poor treat all money spends the same, color should not matter.

Every time I have, or anyone I know for that matter, Entered this location it is absolutely AWFUL. Tonight was just the last straw when we sat and waited for our pick up order for 20 minutes after they said it was ready and as we received it, they forgot half so we waited even longer. They also ended up turning multiple parties down while we were sitting there waiting because they were "understaffed." If you guys are trying to run a successful business, I suggest maybe hiring people? And becoming better at what you do because it's all honestly pitiful.

every single time i come here drive thru or eat in its horrible but drive thru is by far the worser experience. Employees are rude an act as if they rather not have to take your order. They get your order wrong almost always! the wait in the drive thru is always 20mins to hour one time i spent over that at night around 12ish i couldnt get out of the line or i woukd of left!! corporate needs to get this restraunt ubder control an better staffed !!!

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had in my entire 28 years of life. I was told drive thru wait was 30 mins, so I decided to go in. There were a total of 2 men working. One of which was a manager handling food with no gloves. The waiter/cashier/drive thru guy skipped me and took a person who came in after me. Then tried to order and told me I wounderstand have to wait, after 20 more minutes I left in disgust. Get it together or close this location down. Absolutely crazy someone has to wait so long.... no excuses.

Food:

~7 employees, maybe 5 groups seated. Waited a while to be seated. Waited a long time for food that came out lukewarm. Men's restroom had 2 stalls out of order and paper towel dispenser wasn't working. Tables were only bussed when needed for a new group. People were nice enough, but not enough to make up for the rest.
