Steak N Shake, Jacksonville, Florida, Fast Food Restaurant Details

My wife and I eat @ this Restaurant, every Saturday Morning/ (If Donald-the Cook is there!) Usually our Waiter is, Alfred, but we have Laronda and (Casey before! Casey quit over "stupid!) If I don't see Donald's Truck, we Made a U-Turn and go elsewhere!) 0 Stars, if Donald @ the crew are Not there!
We Walked Out, once, because We Didn't even Get Our Coffee. while people who arrived 15 + minutes later/ got tea and Coffee! (People arriving 5 and 10 minutes later/ even got their Whole Breakfasts!) The words "Piss Poor Management," come to mind! (I have a degree in that field!)
At about 45 minutes/ wife & I walked out, and went to another place/ near by!
Most Customers, That We See: " We Know." Mornings are a "FAMILY AFFAIR!" Donald, is the Saturday Morning Cook! LeRonda, Alfred, and Austin, are Our Usual Servers! (P.S. Our order is Cooking when these People see "Our Car!)
@ 68 and a Business Management Degree! (Hell I was Grading Graduate Student Papers, From 3rd Grade!) (This is What I Teach the staff) MAKE VALUED CUSTOMERS! ( I Haul about "A Bunch," Of Coupons/ 5 Houses worth of "Red Plumb" Alone!)
Dear Management: I am Teaching each "Wait Staff;" TO INCREASE YOUR VOLUME OF BUSINESS; By Rewarding Customers/ With Coupons! ($1 Here/They will come Back!)

I don't expect amazing service from any Steak n Shake but our visit on Saturday was horrific. We were seated fairly quickly then we sat around for 15 minutes. I don't even have to exaggerate, no one came near us. There were about five waitress standing around the soda area, just standing around. Three other tables were waited on before a waitress came over and stood at our table. Taking this as a sign, I just started to order. After waiting another 20-25 minutes and seeing all other tables( some that were seated after us) receive their orders we finally got our meal, not all of it but enough we could finally start eating. Never received silverware, my husband didn't get his shake until we were ready to leave, ran out of ketchup and forget asking for anything else-sauces, napkins- we were just left to ourselves. Cherry on the cake, we were over-charged for two shakes. Do you know we were so fed up I didn't even argue?! Just paid and left. Manager was there, just didn't do anything to organize her store. I've eaten here before and normally there's waiting involved at some point but it just keeps getting worse! The food wasn't even worth it this time. Prepare yourself.

I gave up on the drive through a long time ago. I just go inside and order to go. Gave up on dining in as well. I feel terrible because they're constantly under staffed and customers are so rude to them. Hire some more people and this place would be great all of the time.

We went there and stood in the entrance way with 15 other people, the whole place was empty and no one was seating anyone. We left and went to Sonic.

When I went to Steak and Shake, the service was very efficient and very friendly. The management at this location is great! I would definitely go back!
