Food:

I have never received cold food, waited 20 to 30 minutes, and I have never once smelled anything but fresh food being made,

I always get my food, no matter how busy, within about 10 minutes. I wait maybe a minute to be seated. I havent ever gone in with a party of eogbt, which would obviously take a bit longer to have all the food made for.

The waiters and waitresses are all polite, though I might have just always caught them on good days. They are sometimes a little harried and rushed, but that isnt anything new to the restuarant business. New waiters and waitresses are nervous, of course, but that is to be expected for new people.

Food:

Took 15 mins to get drinks, the staff acted like they had never done this before food was cold by the time we got it another 20-30 mins later, really makes you wonder about management

I sat in the drive through for 35 minutes and finally got up to order. After seeing 2 people drive off and only 2 people order in the 35 minutes that I sat there I began to contemplate driving off myself. I sat and waited to order another 10 minutes and decided that i shouldnt be supporting a company who doesnt care about me and drove off. Such a disgrace to the Stake n Shake brand image. The manager needs to rethink his business strategy. If your reading this in the drive through just leave. If you are contemplating going here please rethink your decision before you waste your time. By the time I drove off I slowly drove my the window and saw the worker playing Clash of Clans on his phone, real classy!

Food:

I used to love going here but recently they got new management and employees. I had a party of eight and it took and hour and a half to get us our food. When the food arrived it was cold and the manager was rude. I will now rather travel twenty minutes to get to a different location. Never go to this location it is the worst!
