I've eaten Steam Bowl since I was a child, and I've always loved the food.
The staff used to be incredible when I was little, not so much now.

I ordered delivery and asked for a specific drop off time well in advance, and I asked that chop sticks be put in my bag. I got my food 20 minutes early (wouldn't be a big deal if I wasn't at work) and I did not get my chopsticks. Food is fabulous, staff needs to be more attentive.

Seriously, how hard is it to remeber to put chop sticks in a bag? Every time I order, they're missing.

They haven't been able to deliver in month. Call today and ask if they still deliver, "yes, but my delivery man is sick, he'll be out till next week."
I'm so done even trying to do business with this place. maybe once there's new management I'll come back.

Eating with my family tonight, and we got Steam Bowl because it's an old family favorite. We ordered sesame seed chicken, mop shu chicken, and Combo lo mein no vegetables. My mom brought the food home and we started passing boxes around making food. Once we had already had people with food on their plate we opened the "lo mein" box to find fried rice. I called back up to Steam Bowl and the management tells me if we bring everything back they'll fix it. After we're all sitting down with food on our plates. I declined the offer and told the lady I was very disappointed. Fried rice is roughly $4 and lo mein is $8. This is the second time in a row when ordering there that they have made a mistake like this. My family has been eating at Steam bowl for longer than I've been alive, over 21 years, and never have we experience such terrible service than when the current management took over.

This place has good Chinese food, the costumer service needs improvement. Also this location has stopped delivery. I have been here since I was little. It really sucks that it has gotten downhill over 8 years.

The food is very good, but the service sucks. You can hear the woks clanging around in the back after you order and it comes out hot and fresh. It's really good food. There is a white girl who works there that has an earpiece in ALL the time and is always talking on the phone. You're trying to order and she's having another conversation and you're wondering if she is talking to you or not. She can also be really rude and dismissive. She really seems like she wants to be elsewhere. There is an older Chinese woman who also takes orders and she can be very rude too. I hate going there, but it's so close and the food is cheap as hell at lunch time. I don't know how they stay in business. They don't deliver anymore. I really wish they'd hire someone with more personality and charm to work the counter.

Called they where rude, took two and a half hours to get my food, my food was soggy my wifes food was not cooked all the way, tried to eat it and it made me sick. Do not eat here

Give her a five star as a employee but still don't recommend this place. Unless u need a good enima. We tried this other restaurant the lucky dragon two days later after our piss poor experience with this joke of a place. Our food was a ten star here. And was at our door in under 25 min not 2.- 2nd half hours and it was cooked and hot. And the order taker was not rude.

"MY wife loves moo shoo" and we don't have it out in Idaho. I'm a truck driver that believes in good bad ratings so you can take it from me.
