Pretty consistently great. With that said I have complaints. Out of >30 visits my brisket once had a little to much grizzle. Another time it didn't cut with my fork like a knife in hot butter. I actually had to use my knife to hold the meat as I pulled it apart. and this last time our half rack of pig wings were almost the same size as the 1/4 I had last week. BTW pig wings are an absolutely amazing menu item. Jane Russell is my usual

I should add they have always sought to amend any errors or dissatisfaction. great service

I had Sticky Lips tonight after not having been there in a while and the food was not good at all. My pulled pork was tough, crispy on the edges of the meat, greasy and flavorless. The fries didn't taste right either. What a shame this place used to serve great food when they first opened but not any more. I won't be going back. If you want great BBQ stick to Dinosaur.

This is what I have experienced today. Called ahead to get a table but unfortunately they don't do reservations. Showed up at the door at 5 and requested a table for five and two kids. 3 friends were running late so I was denied a table until all were there. Fine we waited finally got a seat and got drinks. Table behind me ordered then I ordered, our orders were put in at the same time. At around 6:30 I asked where was my appetizer it was brought in next 10 minutes cold. Did not touch it. Was not exited about food either when I saw table next to me finishing their meal. After all did not pay for beers drank or food and manager packed 3 dishes to go as complimentary. Will try sticky lips again but other location for sure.

Just got back from lunch,at henrietta sticky lips. Wasn't busy but had slow service. Ordered burger med well came back med rare,and was cold. Waitress apologized,wanted me to order something else,but by that time my friends would be done. Manager was informed by waitress but NEVER came to my table. NEVER again,for me or my friends.
