Terrible customer service. Apparently the menu that's distributed is incorrect the items listed that you're supposed to receive on salads and with garlic bread are only available upon request but according to the person behind the "pizza" counter they haven't served what's supposed to accompany those menu items for 7 years. So the menu is 7 years old and extremely outdated but still in circulation? Stoney's Pizza wins the worst customer service award.

The pizza was great BUT while I was on my third piece I bit into something hard and when I pulled it out of my mouth there was a white and pink fake finger nail in there. You would think that they would at least have gloves on.

LOVE THE PIZZA AND THE MEATBALL SUBS!!! Just make sure you get them both well done or else they will be kinda undercooked... pizza will be slightly doughy in the center and the sub won't be golden... but with them well done they are the best in Columbus!!!!!!

The staff are great...... Star who I call mom along with the pizza lady who I call sis are absolutely the best . Give them both a raise. Them 2 are the reason I came back over and over .... Just friendly as heck with a good product for the $$ .

I am not going to rate this because I have been going here a long time and usually its a good pizza at a great price. The last two times we have ordered, the Cheeseballs (Meatball subs with extra cheese) have been cold. Usually these things are too hot to handle for 30 minutes because the sauce and cheese hold the heat in for long. The last few were bad. Not sure if its a new management change, a new cook, or trying to rush the cooking process. I am wondering if they started storing the sauce in the freezer? Ill try it once more, then I am done.
