Streets Of New York, Chandler, Arizona Restaurant Details

We ordered this for lunch today for myself and two other girls at the office and literally are regretting all $34 something + a tip that we spent on it. We ordered 12 honey hot wings, we got 12 dry as hell hot and when calling "Jamie S." back at this location was told "I just asked the cook what kind of wings they just made and without me even saying anything they said honey hot" ... OKay well that's not what we got I'm just saying ... Not even that, but we order extra ranch since like I said we are splitting it between 3 girls here and we got one itty bitty ranch, when even the ticket shows "WITH SAUSE RANCH RANCH" good job reading idiots, last is we ordered chicken strips that were so dry the BBQ sauce didn't even make them worth eating, only "good-okay" thing we got was our Antipasto salad, so we split that between the 3 of us. Needless to say if you’re going to pay this type of money go somewhere worth your while and with better customer service when it's not my job to make sure you are making and delivering the right thing, that is what you get paid for. & if you do get it wrong or there's a chance you messed up (which you clearly did because we don't have the ranch and the food isn't what we ordered) just make it right, it's not like this is coming out of your check and you just lost good customers, maybe they should reconsider who they hire ...

This pizza chain should be embarrassed to call themselves "Streets of New York " this is terrible pizza ...Folks New York Pizza taste nothing like this ...i assure you...This is on the same level as Barros ,and Barros taste better.Dont get caught up in the name you will be dissapointed.

My wife and I were there recently on a Saturday around 4. We waited, and waited, and waited. Not exaggerating for effect here, but we waited nearly 20 minutes after we initially saw our server. He never returned. So, we went next door to Teakwoods Tavern & Grill where we had a great experience. The irony here, is that while we were eating our meal at Teakwoods, we realized we had been to the same Streets of New York a year earlier with my parents and had a very similar experience. However, we had stayed that time and had extremely slow service and not-so-good food. So, good news! If you're just bound and determined to try this Streets of New York, take comfort in knowing that there's another restaurant next door that will take care of you when SNY doesn't.

Service is soooooooo slow, omg this is crazy, im at the sny on ray and they are completely unorganized, its all bad!!! I hope the food is better than the service, I waited 20 minutes for a kosher meal

My wife and I love going here for date night. Their prices very reasonable, and the pizza is great! We always get a pitcher of beer to share, which is also very reasonably priced. Highly suggested!!!
