Food:

Owner berated and yelled me in front of other customers because I was displeased, I contested a modified bill order for an incorrect compensation due to the mix up of the happy hour prices. Owner proceeded to accuse me of posting to social media before I even considered writing this post. Hilarious, here's my review. Pizza was cold(still tasted decent) wings cold(meh had better) salad was delivered with food(where does this happen?) beer was ordered during happy hour then charged full price an hour later because it wasn't put into the system in time..........wtf

Food:

Never order takeout from them. I ordered delivery on line Monday. After 2 hours no pizza. I checked my email, got a confirmation from them with an order number. Checked my bank. I was charged $31.44 for the pizza so I called. The girl on the phone says she has no record of an order and there is NO manager in the store. She takes my number and the order number and says the manager will call me back. 2 hours later I decide to go in person. Surprise, there is now a manager there but they have no idea who I am or what I'm talking about. Three manager refuses to refund my money but offers to make me a pizza. I've already eaten so no thanks. So I'm out $31 . Avoid this place at all costs!!

Food:

Use to be a loyal customer.. But three #7 sandwiches in a row they forgot the Italian dressing after explicitly asking for it. That in itself wasn't so bad, what irritated me is after the second time the girl on the phone said the manager would call me back. Never did. Forgave them and ordered a third time.. They forgot the dressing event though I explicitly asked when I ordered. I verified there was none at the door and told the driver he didn't have to come back I'll just have it removed from the order. The girl said she would have it removed.. Never was refunded. Then I ordered today just to have the guy taking my order tell me he wouldn't give me one of the three #7s I paid for without charging me.

Hung up and said they have lost my business for good.

Food:

Definitely not worth the $75 dollars I spent. The onion rings and fries were beyond soggy. . The chicken parm was edible but not great. The cheesesteak was probably one of the worst I ever had, and it's kinda hard to mess up cheesesteaks. Everything was below par which is crazy cuz other streets of new York are pretty decent. I guess there wasn't anyone in the kitchen who gave a f***..

Food:

Been going here for over a decade. There was an owner change up a few years back and it went to hell. Fortunately current owners turned it around and it is back to being great. Great selection and the staff always rocks. Delivery is solid but a bit longer than big chain pizza. Highly recommended. Try the meatballs on a pizza. Amazing.
