Subway, Arlington, Texas, Delicatessen Restaurant Details

Does anyone know the name of the guy who owns this subway or even the actual manager of this particular store?

I certainly don't expect much - but why is a delivery truck blocking your restaurant at 12pm on a Monday? I can't even park. I eat here because it's convenient, it's the worst in terms of quality, speed, and turnover. I don't know that I've ever seen the same person working here twice.

It's poor customer service to close prior to your posted time on July 21, 2015. Furthermore, it is down right rude to not acknowledge a customer trying to get an explanation.

I arrived at 9:55 PM, I asked to speak with the three people standing inside to include the female manager. I was completely ignored. I called the store and no one would answer. I guess getting home was more important than my purchase. I do understand that unprofessional employees simply do what they do. Why not, the manager conducted herself poorly. Notiationally, the sheep follows the shepard's leadership. Subway, please train or rehearse the customer service chapter for this night manager.
