Subway, Arlington, Texas, Delicatessen Restaurant Details

Food:

First time comig here and I have to say it's been the best Subway I've ever been to. All these other people writing bad reviews are just salty. You can see them making your food so if you see something wrong you say something right away not till you get home and realized it was wrong.

Food:

The glass was dirty on the refrigerator case in which the veggies, cheeses, and meats are kept. Really unappetizing. Also, the men's restroom was filthy. I did like the music they had playing, and the employees were very friendly. I also noticed that the manager was very patient with the new trainee.

My pregnant wife had to stand in line for 30 minuets while two workers made one sandwich and i waited in the car with three kids which got alittle hecktic..ooo and i just got home to find out they spred bad avocado all over which ruined the whole thing great guys never again

As much as I love Subway, This store leaves A LOT to be desired and to day was the last straw. Your sign says 7AM! I was there at 7:05 and waited until 7:12 to call... I got no answer. I understand it takes time to get the prep tables ready and I am aware of start up procedures, but if you are supposed to open at a certain time then show up early enough to get your start up done before hand. Either that or change your hours. It's not that hard. 3 times this has happened when I have come for breakfast.
On the other times I have actually made it in the door either in the late morning or in the afternoon for lunch the staff is very slow to respond, not watching the door to greet customers, lacking enthusiasm courtesy and respect. Several times I have had to knock on the counter or call out to someone to come take my order only to be told to hold on.
If you are near the Six Flags of Arlington and craving Subway, skip this store and go to the one on Randol Mill Rd. It may be busier and it may be slightly out of the way but at least you'll be greeted with a kind face and enthusiasm to get your order correct; and they are always ready to serve the next customer quickly.

I have been going to this particular subway for over a year now. It is very convenient for me and where I work. I have to give it 4 stars because most of the time I'm there the employees don't seem to care. There is one guy in particular though that no matter how bad a day he's having he always manages to be pleasant.
