Worst place ever they take forever to take someone's order while 3 employees are working loud gossiping in the back instead.. the bread wasn't cooked my sanwhich was soggy even toasted ..had no steak, no ranch, nothing was stocked up and ready to go, cookies were burnt and had to wait to get my money back while she called her "boss" because she didn't know how to refund ..this wasn't "SUBWAY " .....on commercials they show outstanding sanwhichs and service

Worst place I've bin. 5 people and it takes 10 min to start my order. Give me a sloppy ripped apart sandwich, unsweetened in the sweet tea holder, nothing in the un sweet, soda dispenses carbonated tonic water and no syrup, no ice, dirty tables, and over flowing trash cans, disgusting place and I will never return

Prior to tonight, I've enjoyed the service at this Subway location. I arrived at 10:50 PM and one of the employees was sitting at the waiting for her ride or the other young lady working to clock out. When I exited my car the young lady behind the counter walked away so I couldn't see her and the young lady at the table turned her head as if I weren't there. TERRIBLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and they closed at 11.

Food:

Thomas was the only worker making orders due to him being alone. I was waiting for him to finish making sandwiches for a customer in front of me. He would tell me that he would be with me in just a minute. I waited patiently for my turn. After he got done with the order for the customer in front of me, he made my order. When I was paying for my order, he thanked me for being patient with him because he was the only person working. I told him he did an amazing job.

I will be going back because of him. He did an amazing job all by himself.

Food:

A couple of days ago I did an online order. This was great. I ordered a club and spicy italian sandwich. I walked in, got my sandwiches and walked out. I wasn't in the store a full minute.

The order was correct and clearly marked as to what was in each bag. The bread was very dry on both sandwiches. I can't speculate as to why. I don't think it was old or stale, a touch overcooked maybe? My wife had the italian bead, I had the jalapeno cheddar. The jalapeno cheddar bread was too thick also. Too much bread to get through.

Not sure if I'm going back at this point with other sandwich shops close by.
