Subway, Aurora, Colorado Restaurant Details

Food:

I was at the Mississippi and 225 location Monday March 30 2015 around 7:30 pm. the employees appeared drunk. I could smell alcohol on their breaths and their faces were flushed. Don't you have cameras? Completely unprofessional. The Meatball sub was good though.... Store was clean.

Food:

I just came back from there, I love Subway but this was the worst one I have been to. I was not greeted and it was so badly made it was very upsetting!! The man behind me wanted double meat and the ladie kept saying thats a 18 dollar sub, What dose she care hes paying for it !!!! My son works at another subway and he was with me and very disgusted with the way we were treated. After i ordered my sub she puts the steak then she asked the other ladie ,Do we have more steak? She said I made 4 this morning are all gone?? She then started fussin about that fo a while. She then asked me if I wanted half and half and I asked if it would cost the same and she looked at me like she was dumb founded. Like I was was supposed to know. They need help and training Help these people please ! I will never go to that one again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Food:

if I don't want it toasted, that's my.problem if my sandwich falls apart. warm flat bread plus cold veggies equal soggy veggies. and making an excuse of "it's policy" well there's plenty of places to eat who will do as you ask but tell you it's your food. way to lose customers.

I love Subway, but the experience today was definitely horrible! The servers didn't greet me, and I guess you don't have to greet everyone. But the worst part is they didn't ask me what I wanted. The weird part is the white couple in front of me was greeted and was asked what they wanted. They were very rude to me. I came to order and to pay for my food. I never asked for any free food so I expect to be treated with politeness or at least professionalism. This is the worst customer service in the history of Subway!

Food:

I always enjoy subway. When ever I ask for little more this or that they are happy to add it on. Servers are friendly, I never feel rushed when I just can't decide. I love the hot fresh cookies. All the employees are busy doing something either making sandwiches, replenishing items or cleaning the store. I've never had a bad Subway sandwich.
