Been hitting this shop for lunches last few months. YEP they are rushed for lunch for the area and they do a great job of keeping up. I have never seen a 're-do' on an order or any complaints from customers when I eat in. They keep all 'extras' well-stocked and they do focus on cleaning when they are done replenishing supplies. I have been to some others and i'm pretty impressed with their demeanor and happy to serve attitude.
